Job Title:

Front of House (FOH)

Team Member Job Summary:

As a Front of House (FOH) team member, you are the face of the restaurant. You will greet guests, manage seating, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure our guests feel welcome and cared for at every stage of their visit.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist with setting and resetting tables Handle payment transactions using POS systems Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism Assist in opening, closing, and shift change duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a FOH or customer service role preferred but not required Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Back of House (BOH)

Team Member Job Summary:

As a Back of House (BOH) team member, you play a key role in the kitchen’s operations. You’ll assist with food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive behind the scenes and are passionate about food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup Work as part of a team to meet timing and quality goals Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines Help receive and stock deliveries Communicate clearly with FOH and kitchen staff

Qualifications:

Previous BOH/kitchen experience preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Willingness to learn and take direction Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
