Kitchen Associate Charlie and Jake’s Barbeque 490 East Eau Gallie Boulevard, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients using proper knife skills. Help cooks with cooking tasks and ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all food products. Support the team in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning up after service. Qualifications Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
