Responsibilities Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking under the guidance of chefs or kitchen staff. Help with menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and popular dishes. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations. Skills Experience in restaurant or catering environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus. Familiarity with food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and management effectively.
