The Expediter plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a culinary setting and possess strong communication skills. Duties Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery of meals to guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and ensure all orders are completed accurately. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving, adhering to restaurant standards for food safety and handling. Assist in the kitchen as needed, including food preparation tasks and bussing tables to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
