The ideal candidate is comfortable with a variety of kitchen tasks including cooking, cleaning and inventory. The successful candidate will have prior experience in the food industry, an understanding of sanitation requirements and an interest in developing their cooking skills.

Responsibilities:

Follow all food safety protocol. Prepare food and drink orders. Use equipment to create a variety of different food and drinks. Advise customers regarding the menu and offer suggestions. Manage a food and drink inventory system. Manage employee payroll and schedule. Communicate with other kitchen staff and management.
