Kitchen Staff SuperFit Foods 700 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park, FL 32065 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall food service experience. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices. Support chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks, including chopping vegetables, cooking, and plating dishes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling processes. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Help with catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of food services. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for customers. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others. Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail during meal preparation tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
