As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position involves working in various areas including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare ice cream orders according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including dining and food preparation spaces. Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the restaurant setting. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed. Pay Employees base pay varies based on past work experience. Paid bi-weekly. Employees receive both cash tips and credit cards tips which will be added onto their pay check bi-weekly.
