Already know or be willing to learn the following: 1. How to interact with guests on the phone and in person, with a happy and helpful attitude. 2. A knowledge of our menu and the willingness to help guests navigate the ordering process. 3. How to be a Team member that encourages and helps other team members. Skills required to have or learn: Ability to follow directions clearly & concisely Ability to read kitchen tickets & fulfill orders in the proper order to ensure speed & freshness.
