As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food preparation, sales, and maintaining cleanliness. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Process orders accurately using the
TOAST POS
system. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, ensuring food safety standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms by bussing tables and performing regular cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic kitchen skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
