FOH Team Member Rodizio Grill – Wesley Chapel 2082 Grand Cypress Drive, Lutz, FL 33559 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences while supporting the overall operations of our café or restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they enter, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the cash register for transactions. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food handling and safety standards. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the customer experience. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or grocery store setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest interactions. Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register efficiently. Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, along with understanding food handling practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
