In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Pay Rate $14.00 per hour. Schedule and Hours 1:00PM-9:30PM; weekends are mandatory Utility Person Duties and Responsibilities Kitchen Sanitation Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients for main dishes, desserts, and appetizers. Wash pots and pans Help with automatic dishwashing machine Run a floor scrubber and take out trash from kitchen and cafe Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently. Work across multiple production stations, ensuring quality control checks on taste, texture, and temperature. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation within the kitchen. Perform additional duties as needed, including kitchen maintenance and equipment cleaning. Utility Person Qualifications and Requirements Current ServSafe Food Handler Certification required. 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong teamworking skills Ability to follow exact measurements and recipes for food preparation. Excellent attendance and punctuality; weekends are mandatory.
