Team Member Moe’s Southwest Grill 12464 State Road 54, Odessa, FL 33556 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for guests. Assist with cash handling duties, including counting cash drawers and processing payments accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Experience with food preparation techniques is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation practices is beneficial.
