Back of the House Food Expeditor Sea Oaks Vero Beach, FL 32963 This is a high-level expo position, must have experience in a fast pace kitchen with menus that change often. Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services. Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations. Support the culinary team during busy service periods, including assisting with banquet setups. Buss tables and ensure that dining areas are clean and well-stocked. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service for guests. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
