• Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant / Food Prep Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring the efficient operation of our culinary processes.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
• Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of our food products.
• Support the kitchen team with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours and busy periods.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and positive work environment.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task effectively.
