The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling various structures, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Construct and assemble building structures according to blueprints and specifications. Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively. Perform measurements and calculations accurately to ensure precise construction. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices within the work environment. Assist in the preparation of materials and supplies needed for construction tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Qualifications Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience with cash handling is preferred, especially in roles that involve customer transactions. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus for managing sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial if working in kitchen-related construction projects. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Ability to upsell services or products when applicable during client interactions. Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments can be advantageous for specific projects related to culinary spaces. Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
