Ice Cream Manager Crooked Cow Creamery 3310 Del Prado Boulevard South, Cape Coral, FL 33904 We are a growing ice cream company known for our creative, high-quality products and commitment to excellence. We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team who wants to grow to become a manager. What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ice cream production Minimum 2 years of experience in food management or kitchen leadership A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the time to learn and grow Someone who can work independently, problem-solve, and take pride in their work A team player who values quality, consistency, and creativity
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing day-to-day production of ice cream and other desserts Managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards Training and supervising team members as we grow Collaborating on new flavor development and seasonal offerings Ensuring smooth, efficient, and clean operations We value action over promise- show us what you can do, and you’ll be recognized and rewarded quickly with opportunities to grow within the company.
