Back of House Team Member Wolfy’s Restaurant 2159 East Silver Springs Boulevard, Ocala, FL 34470 Job Summary We are seeking a Back of House Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Must have experience in Prep, Dishwashing, and cooking. And be flexible to do all 3. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or head cook. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or culinary setting is required. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Experience with meal preparation, dishwashing, and prepping required. A passion for cooking and providing high-quality meals to guests.
