This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing excellent food service to our guests. Duties Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and bussing tables. Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order; report any malfunctions to management. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support catering and banquet services by cleaning dishes promptly during events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain an organized workspace. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
