- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or related fields such as catering, banquet, nightclub, brewing, bartending, or restaurant
- Knowledge of retail math and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
