Kitchen Prep Flight West 5894 Sunset Dr, South Miami, FL 33143 Kitchen Prep – Miami, FL | Competitive Pay About Us Our kitchen prep team plays a critical role in keeping Flight West’s culinary program running efficiently. We’re hiring a motivated Kitchen Prep to support mise en place, ingredient handling, and basic food prep. Flight West Miami is aiming to open on August 15th. We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews through July, with the goal of onboarding our Head Chef in advance of opening to lead training and prep. Role Overview You’ll assist the line and chef team with morning and afternoon prep, ensuring quality and readiness for service. Key Responsibilities Wash, chop, and portion ingredients Assist in basic prep like sauces, stocks, and garnishes Keep prep station clean and labeled Follow food safety and storage procedures Qualifications Some kitchen experience preferred Comfortable with knives and working on your feet Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
