Responsibilities Daily set up and break down of sushi bar; restocking of all products as needed. Knowledge of all recipes and cooking techniques. Continuous inspection of sushi bar products to ensure high quality and that proper rotation is maintained; diligent care of all utensils, and non-food items, proper procedures for maintaining knives. Ensure observance of all Florida State health standards and the installation of correct food handling procedures as well as maintaining proper sanitation. Standard hours 24-40 hours each week. A minimum of one year cooking experience necessary Previous Sushi experience preferred, but not necessary. Must reside in Monroe County. Solo empresas.
