Responsibilities:

• Serve out-of-this-world milkshakes and cosmic candies with a smile
• Keep our shop sparkling clean and welcoming for all our intergalactic guests
• Help create an immersive, fun atmosphere that captures our alien and galaxy theme
• Manage transactions and assist with inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in the food industry or a related field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
