As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas by bussing tables and following sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Requirements Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations. Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary practices and food handling standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced setting.
