This role combines the art of bartending with a strong emphasis on kitchen management and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in both fast-paced and fine dining environments. As a Kavatender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience while ensuring smooth operations behind the bar and in the kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and develop new staff members in bartending techniques, kitchen procedures, and customer service best practices. Conduct interviews for potential team members, assessing their fit within the hospitality environment. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative drink pairings that complement menu offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
