About the Role As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. You’ll serve high-quality ice cream, assist customers with their purchases, and ensure our shop is always running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with guests. Serve premium ice cream and assist customers with chocolate selections. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ice cream and retail areas. Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system. Restock inventory as needed and ensure displays are attractive and inviting. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals and uphold our store’s reputation for excellence.
