Crew Member Cold Stone Creamery of Seminole 7724 113th Street North, Seminole, FL 33772 At Cold Stone Creamery, we deliver the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience. We are currently looking for fun, energetic, dependable people with great customer service skills to join our team. A positive attitude is a must. Our store is very busy, so being able to multitask and work fast is necessary. Hours are flexible. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Our crew averages an extra $4 – $5 per hour in tips on top of hourly pay. We are located in Seminole City Center next to Studio Movie Grill. Summary As a Crew Member/Crew Leader, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our fast-paced restaurant environment. Your core skills in food handling, cash register operation, and restaurant experience will enable you to efficiently take orders and manage transactions. Leveraging your premium skills in food preparation and upselling, you will enhance the dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience. Assist in food preparation and upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience Experience in food service, particularly in quick service and fast food environments Proficient in cash handling Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and sales transactions
