We are currently looking for fun, energetic, dependable people with great customer service skills to join our team. A positive attitude is a must. Our store is very busy, so being able to multitask and work fast is necessary. Hours are flexible. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. The crew makes hourly wage plus tips. Tips average to about an extra $4 per hour on top of hourly pay. We are looking to start training immediately. Summary As a Crew Member/Crew Leader, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our fast-paced restaurant environment. Your core skills in food handling, cash register operation, and customer interaction will enable you to effectively serve our guests and manage transactions. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience Experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems, Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales transactions
