Kitchen Staff Maple Lanes Lakeland, FL 33809 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Assist with inventory management by reporting stock levels and helping with ordering supplies when necessary. Experience & Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team-oriented environment. A background in hospitality, restaurant, or food service is advantageous. Experience in banquet or hotel settings is beneficial but not mandatory. Must Speak English. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish). Drug Free Work Place & Clean Background.
