RESPONSIBILITIES

Prep fresh ingredients daily (chopping, marinating, baking, portioning, grilling) Follow kitchen checklists and recipes with care Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized Support cooking, plating, and service during rushes Wash and sanitize dishes, equipment, and prep tools Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold health standards Work as part of a tight, cross-trained team
