Job Description
Part Time or Full Time Kitchen Staff Urban Vietnamese 10618 Deerwood Park Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32256 Assist with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients). Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, food storage, and prep areas. Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly and properly. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts. Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately. Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries. Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff. Follow instructions from kitchen leads, cooks, or supervisors. Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to learn and take direction.
