As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards, maintaining quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately while utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently. Experience in food handling or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic café environment, demonstrating flexibility in various roles as needed.
