Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Participate in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is an asset. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus, showcasing your ability to work in diverse culinary environments.
