Responsibilities Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery to customers. Monitor the preparation of dishes to guarantee quality and presentation standards are met. Communicate effectively with chefs and waitstaff to manage order flow and resolve any issues that may arise. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Help with food preparation as needed, ensuring all culinary tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information between kitchen staff and servers. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
