In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Team Member, you will engage with customers, assist in food preparation, and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and café areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Experience in a kitchen or café environment is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
