As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, assisting customers, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, following health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the PAR POS system or similar point-of-sale technology. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions effectively is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary in the kitchen setting.
