You will be responsible for assisting in various tasks to support kitchen and dining operations. Duties Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to facilitate efficient service Assist in food preparation, including plating and garnishing dishes Support kitchen staff with tasks such as bussing tables, dishwashing, and restocking supplies Handle food carefully to maintain quality and safety standards Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of orders Familiarity with Aloha POS system for order processing Experience Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations Customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
