Summary We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Worker to join our team at Sodalis Senior Living. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a warm, welcoming environment. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support catering services for special events or resident gatherings as needed. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies. Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create a positive dining experience for residents. Assist in meal service – Server duties Requirements Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Basic culinary skills with a passion for cooking nutritious meals. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining kitchen hygiene. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
