Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Cleaning & Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Guest Engagement:
Honor the values of Chick-fil-A by creating emotional connections with guests, even from the back of house.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends. Ability to lift and carry 55 lbs. Strong accountability and reliability.
Desired Qualities:
Consistency and reliability in performance. Cheerful and positive attitude. Values teamwork and enjoys serving others. Ability to multitask efficiently and thoroughly. Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and work on your feet for several hours at a time.
Experience:
Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not necessary. We provide training!
