Kitchen Operations Team Member Alon’s Bakery and Market 1394 North Highland Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30306 About The Job Alon’s Bakery & Market is an esteemed European bakery and market searching for a talented, driven, and detail oriented sandwich and salad maker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to support a team to fulfill the vision of our high-quality operation, while consistently meeting production goals and quality in our food.

Reports to:

Chef, Store Manager, and General Manager The Job Preparing freshly made sandwiches and salads Conduct quality line checks to ensure fresh quality ingredients. Provide support to other team members Observe health and safety guidelines in order to achieve a sanitary environment for both you and Alon’s guests Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe’ environment is a must, and a kitchen/café environment is an excellent plus. Job responsibilities include keeping the station stocked and ready, knowledge of Alon’s recipes and products, maintain a clean, well-organized work environment, and creating a joyful experience for our guests at Alon’s Bakery & Market. Skills, Experience and Education Required 1-3 years of previous experience in similar environment (quick service food) Self-starter, flexible, quick-learner, and able to work independently Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment About Alon’s Bakery & Market Alon’s Bakery & Market is an award-winning restaurant, providing high-quality artisan baked goods and cuisine since 1992.
