In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. You will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Scoop and serve ice cream in various sizes and flavors. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the serving area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food handling in accordance with food safety guidelines. Operate the cash register, processing transactions efficiently. Help restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide information about menu items and make recommendations to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience in food handling, preferably in a restaurant or grocery store setting. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. A proactive attitude towards helping others and working collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus but not required.
