This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food service. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health standards. Support chefs and cooks during busy service times by providing necessary supplies and ingredients. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen. Skills Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and excellence. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
