Qualifications:

Preferred 2 years of culinary experience or 1 year of culinary school experience. Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift 50+ pounds. Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours). Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Open to constructive criticism. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team.

Duties:

Prepare all food ordered in a timely manner Prep work & back stocking Prepare adequate stocks to enable food preparation Advise supervisor of quantities required for stock ordering Keep all kitchen/ building areas clean Provide advice on menu development Provide advice on kitchen costs and suppliers Other duties as assigned
