Kitchen Steward The Cheetah Lounge Atlanta, GA 30308 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a willingness to help wherever needed. Duties Efficiently wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Grabbing bus-tubs in designated spots by clearing dirty dishes. Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling. Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service in a busy restaurant setting. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures and kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others.
