• Assist Patissie in dessert prep
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support cake decorating and pastry preparation as needed.
• Handle food items following proper food handling and safety protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment. Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment
• Familiarity with culinary techniques, including knife skills and pastry preparation, is a plus.
• A passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills in a kitchen setting is essential.
