Crew Member- Coffee Shop Reyna’s Espresso & Sweets 137 West Crogan Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with their orders. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about the food industry. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Operate kitchen equipment and tools efficiently, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system or cash register. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities to meet health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and resolve any inquiries or issues. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
