The Guest Experience Champion is the face of LOL Burger Bar, responsible for creating unforgettable moments and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. From welcoming guests with big energy to preparing our signature menu items, you play a vital role in ensuring each guest enjoys the full LOL Burger Bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement & Service Greet guests enthusiastically and assist with placing orders. Prepare and serve handcrafted milkshakes and beverages. Expedite food orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet brand standards. Kitchen Operations & Culinary Excellence Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to LOL Burger Bar recipes and specifications. Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are upheld. Restock and manage front and back-of-house supplies as needed. Team Support & Brand Energy Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support fellow team members to keep service running smoothly. Bring positive vibes and live out our brand mission of bold flavors and unforgettable experiences.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
