Responsibilities Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized. Help with the cooking of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Support the team during busy service periods by bussing tables and assisting with banquet setups as needed. Follow food handling guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
