Rest of the employes will be trained to work the cooking line, oven operation, topping table and cashier. Every employee will be trained to change beer kegs, wash beer lines. Help guests learn to operate a self pouring tapwall system. Cleaning and restocking alcoholic beverage glasses. Summary As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of our fast casual restaurant environment, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in POS operation, cash handling, and food service to efficiently take orders and serve customers. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments Proficient in operating POS systems, including Toast Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling and sales Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
