Summary As a Team Member at Charleys Philly Steaks, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Located in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong food preparation skills with attention to detail.
