About the Role We’re hiring for a hybrid position that blends customer interaction with hands-on kitchen work. If you’re the type who can greet someone with a smile and then hop in the back to whip up a fresh batch of treats—this is for you. Your Front of House Responsibilities Greet every customer like they’re the highlight of your shift Confidently break down our dessert menu and answer customer questions Help customers build their perfect treat with toppings, options, and upsells Create custom cupcakes or dessert designs based on customer requests Ring up orders quickly, cleanly, and with great customer service Keep the front counter spotless and organized at all times Your Back of House Responsibilities Bake and restock cupcakes, cookies, brownies, or other desserts when needed Monitor inventory and refill ingredients, toppings, and packaging supplies Wash dishes, deep clean surfaces, sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas Rotate baked goods, label correctly, and ensure freshness at all times Work independently when needed and stay productive during downtime Requirements Must be 15 or older with reliable transportation Open availability preferred (including weekends) Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Clean, organized, fast, and good under pressure Friendly, teachable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty Perks & Benefits $10/hour + Same-Day Pay Free Cupcakes + Staff Discounts Learn baking & customer skills in a fun, fast-paced space A positive, creative team that feels like family Real growth opportunity—this is more than just a job
